Program submission Requirements

The following are the requirements for submission:

ALL PROGRAMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY UPLOADING THE FILE AS MP4 FORMAT ONLY

• The following 5 second opening disclaimer is required:
  “The opinions and views expressed on this program do not reflect those of the management or staff of Community Media of Staten Island”.

• Following End Credits required are as follows:

“Produced for Community Media of Staten Island”

• Copyright {year and producer name}

• Uploaded programs are labeled by series name and episode name.

• A Cablecast form must be completed and submitted with each completed program.

Program title, series name and episode name (when applicable), producer and/or program sponsor name and accurate run times must be printed on the Cablecast Request form in addition to other required information.
