SERIES AGREEMENT *

IMPORTANT: FAILURE TO KEEP UP WTIH YOUR COMMITMENT OF SUBMITTING NEW PROGRAMMING WILL JEOPARDIZE YOUR REQUESTED PLAYBACK TIME. PLEASE NOTE: Adult Content and language are only permissible between 2-4am. Following is PROHIBITED: Any advertising or material that promote any commercial product or service. Material and program content that is libelous, slanderous, or constitutes an unlawful invasion of property. Material that violates local, state, or federal law relating to obscenity. Content or material contrary to local, state, or federal laws. Any solicitation or appeal for funds. BE ADVISED that Support of a volunteer produced access program may be acknowledged by a single visual or spoken acknowledgement at the beginning or end of the program ONLY. Program graphics, titles, visual or spoken credits may NOT contain the name, address, website, e-mail, or phone number of a for-profit commercial entity including, but not limited to restaurants, commercial entities or services, and book sales. Programming by, or for any person or group who has declared candidacy for political office. DISTRIBUTION OF PROGRAMMING POLICIES 1. CMSI has the right of first showing on any of its channels. 2. CMSI has the right to keep a copy of program without any compensation for archive purposes but is not required to archive any show. 3. CMSI has the right to use the program and excerpts for promotional purposes on its channels, social media, and website, including streaming and on-demand services. 4. CMSI reserves the right to distribute the program to other access centers for cablecasting. 5. CMSI reserves the right to use the program in the future on any of its media. 6. Producers submitting programs through CMSI website agree to all policies within. I further agree to comply with all CMSI policies and procedures, technical standards, and timetables. I understand that failure to comply with this agreement may lead to cancellation of my series. SERIES AGREEMENT - I agree to provide CMSI with series programming for the JANUARY THROUGH DECEMBER 2025 SEASON in a timely and consistent manner, as requested above. All channels, equipment and facility allocations determined by CMSI will be used solely for the series described above for Community Media of Staten Island’s channels, streaming app, social media, and website. I HAVE READ THE ABOVE AND AGREE WTIH THE TERMS OF THE SERIES APPLICATION.
